His Eminence observed the 50th Anniversary Celebration of TCV Ladakh, 2025
As requested, His Eminence Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche attended the 50th Anniversary Celebration of TCV Ladakh as the Chief Guest on 12th September 2025, held on the school grounds. The grand celebration began with His Eminence inaugurating the event by lighting a butter lamp before the portrait of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and unveiling the Golden Jubilee Souvenir.
Other distinguished guests at the celebration included the Chief Justice Commissioner of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission, representatives from the Central Tibetan Administration, and members of various Tibetan organizations and associations, along with many school alumni. Also present were school sponsors, representatives from the Ladakhi government and non-governmental bodies, including the presidents of the Ladakh Buddhist Association, Monastic Association, Youth Association, and Ama Tsokpa, as well as the representative of the President of the Ladakh Hill Council, members of Parliament, and many others. The event was further graced by a profound and gracious speech delivered by His Eminence Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche.
Rinpoche also graced the Festival of Nomadic Life as the Chief Guest, held on the second day of the Grand Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of TCV Ladakh. The festival commenced with a group song of gratitude and remembrance, followed by a drama depicting stories from nomadic life. In the afternoon, His Eminence attended a fashion show presenting traditional Tibetan costumes from the three provinces along with Ladakhi attire, as well as a performance of the traditional circle dance (gorshey). The festival concluded auspiciously with incense-burning and ritual offerings to the deities.
