H.E. Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche Attends the Inaugural Ceremony of the Exposition of the Piprahwa Relics of Lord Buddha
New Delhi, 3 January 2026 — At the invitation of the organizers, His Eminence Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche attended the inaugural ceremony of the Exposition of the Piprahwa Relics of Lord Buddha, held in New Delhi on 3 January 2026 under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
The exposition, which is scheduled to continue for several months, showcases the sacred Piprahwa Relics of Lord Buddha preserved in India, together with relics that have been brought back from abroad for the exhibition. Also on display are precious jewels and other archaeological treasures discovered alongside the sacred relics, offering visitors a rare opportunity to pay homage to these invaluable treasures of the Buddhist world.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by the Honourable Prime Minister of India and attended by several Union Ministers, senior government dignitaries, distinguished members of the Buddhist community, and ambassadors and diplomatic representatives from various countries.
