H. E. Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche arrives in Ladakh to a warm and grand reception
His Eminence Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche safely arrived in Ladakh on the morning of 10th September 2025. The purpose of this visit is to serve as the Chief Guest at the Grand Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of TCV Ladakh, scheduled for September 12th.
At his arrival at Bakula Airport in Leh, Rinpoche was warmly received with a grand welcome led by the Chief Representative Officer of Ladakh Tibetan Settlements together with the officers of three regional pillars of democracy––joined by heads and members of Tibetan organisations and associations, the Director, teachers and students of TCV-Ladakh. Also present were leaders and representatives from the Ladakh Buddhist Association, Monastic Association, Mothers’ Association, Youth Association, Zanskar Buddhist Association, Zanskar Monastic Association, Youth Association, Ngari Institute of Buddhist Dialectics, the administrator of Alchi Monastery, the Director, teachers, and staff of Leh Jamyang School, as well as the Ladakh Semkey Tsokpa, the Ladakh Yogini Association, and many devoted members of the public from Leh, Zanskar, Ngari, and nearby regions, all offering ceremonial scarves, incense, and flowers in joyous welcome. Later, Rinpoche visited the TCV Ladakh school, where another reception was held, followed by a traditional Long-life Offering Ceremony with mandala and symbolic offerings of body, speech, and mind. On this occasion, His Eminence addressed the teachers, students, alumni, and the general public.
