Buddhist Spiritual Leaders Pay Respects to the Precious Kangyur at Taiwan’s National Palace Museum
TAIPEI, Taiwan — On September 7, 2026, His Eminence Sharpa Choeje Rinpoche, His Eminence Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche, the Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Taiwan, and Venerable Ha Shan Rinpoche paid respects to the precious Kangyur, the revered collection of the Buddha’s teachings, housed at the Taiwan National Palace Museum.
The distinguished spiritual leaders were warmly received by the Director of the National Palace Museum, who welcomed them during their visit to pay respects to this invaluable collection of Buddhist scriptures.
The occasion highlighted the enduring importance of preserving and honouring the Buddha’s teachings, as well as the shared cultural and spiritual heritage represented by the Kangyur.
